1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and bt939 ("bt939", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bt939 website at bt939.net, including all betting, casino, gaming, and account services offered thereon.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bt939 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bt939 platform and close your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bt939 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard platform compliance requirements. Players must submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — before withdrawal requests are processed. bt939 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt939 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your bt939 account will be your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

bt939 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bt939 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

bt939 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from bt939 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bt939 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions which are processed in their native cryptocurrency equivalent.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits made to bt939 via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to standard interbank processing times. bt939 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests require the account to be fully KYC verified. bt939 targets a processing time of 15–60 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals and same-business-day dispatch for bank transfers, subject to operational hours and verification status. bt939 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.

4.4 Wagering Requirements

Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is met in full. Deposited funds that have not been subject to any bonus claim may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification requirements.

5. Betting and Casino Game Rules

All bets placed on bt939 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant game or event interface on the bt939 platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

bt939 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: technical errors affecting bet placement or settlement; obvious pricing errors; confirmed match-fixing or corrupt activity in a sporting event; system malfunction affecting game integrity.

Decisions by bt939 regarding the settlement of bets are final, subject to any formal dispute process outlined in Section 12 below.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bt939 content without express prior written permission from bt939.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt939 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the bt939 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or platform downtime.

bt939 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond bt939's reasonable control may affect platform availability. bt939 will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

Gambling involves financial risk. bt939 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through the use of the platform where such losses arise from lawful gaming activity. Players are solely responsible for their betting decisions.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bt939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
